This policy covers Cake Business Co. and CakePricr (the app at app.cakepricr.com and the Cake Quote & Order Kit), both operated by Ocean Wolf Media.
Information we collect
Account information you provide directly: name, email, business name, and the pricing, client, quote, and order details you enter into CakePricr. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe directly — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To run your CakePricr workspace (quotes, orders, deposits, your public baker page), to process payments and subscriptions, to send transactional email (receipts, delivery links, account notifications), and to improve the product. We do not sell your information.
Third parties we rely on
Stripe (payments and subscription billing), Supabase (database and authentication), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
Data retention
We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, support, and legal record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact below).
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting us. You can manage or cancel your CakePricr subscription anytime from Settings → Billing.
Children’s privacy
Cake Business Co. and CakePricr are business tools and are not directed to or intended for use by children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. We’ll update the date above when we do.
