These terms apply to Cake Business Co.'s site and resources, CakePricr (the subscription app), and the Cake Quote & Order Kit (the one-time digital product), all operated by Ocean Wolf Media. By using any of these, you agree to these terms.
The services
Cake Business Co. publishes free tools, templates, and guides for custom cake sellers. CakePricr is a quote, order, deposit, and client-tracking tool. The Cake Quote & Order Kit is a set of downloadable templates and scripts covering the same workflow without the software.
Subscriptions and billing
CakePricr Starter is billed $19/month or $190/year through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing inside the app; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn’t refund the current billing period. We don’t process or take a percentage of your clients’ payments — that’s between you and your client.
The Cake Quote & Order Kit
The Kit is a one-time $27 purchase delivering digital files only — no physical shipment. The templates are licensed for use in your own cake business; they’re not for resale or redistribution as your own product. Because it’s a digital download delivered immediately after purchase, sales are final once the delivery link is issued, except where required otherwise by law.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the pricing, quotes, and policies you create with CakePricr or the Kit, and for your own agreements with your clients. Don’t use the service for anything illegal or to harm others.
No warranty, limited liability
These resources, CakePricr, and the Kit are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren’t liable for business losses arising from their use, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here is legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the date above when we do.
